Your own domain name is an essential part of your branding, and the starting point for marketing yourself on the Internet.  Once you have your own domain name, you can add a website and email addresses which reflect that brand image.

Artonezero provides a personal domain registration and management service.  As well as registering and renewing your domain name, we host it on our domain name servers at Telehouse, London, and can advise you on how to work with your domain name to promote your website on leading search engines such as Google, and to minimise SPAM and identity theft online.  We will also advise you on your legal rights and responsibilities, including web terms and conditions and privacy policy to ensure you conform to the rules laid down by the domain name registration organisations and UK and EU government regulations.

Our domain name service is personalised - you deal with individuals and not with an automated system.  We will provide advice and recommendations as required.  Our billing systems are old fashioned - you receive an invoice which you can settle by cheque, direct bank transfer or Paypal/credit card, but we never automatically bill or charge your card - you always remain in control of the process.

1. Prices exclude VAT which will be added at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5% in the UK)
2. Your domain name will normally be registered within one working day from receipt of your order and payment, and most orders received before 12 noon are processed within the same day.
3. All domain services must be paid for in advance, no credit will be given.
4. Price includes domain name 'parking' on our DNS servers for the period specified.
5. Registering a .uk domain name means that you are making a contract with Nominet, the UK domain names registry. Artonezero is a member of Nominet and authorised to register .uk domain names.  Customers should read the Nominet Terms of Domain Name Registration, and ensure they are in agreenent with it's conditions before ordering a domain name.

7. We do not make a charge to transfer a .uk domain name to or from our control as a .uk registrar.
8. In some cases we may need charge a transfer fee to transfer in a .com, .org or .net domain name to our control (this fee is currently £15, which includes an additional one year registration), this is dependent on the policy of your existing registrar.
